She has a caring personality and a passion for assisting others wherever and whenever possible. As our Patient Care Specialist, these traits allow her to provide exceptional assistance to our patients with regards to scheduling and remembering appointments, obtaining medical records and maintaining patient records kept at Pain Institute, LTD. Krystal attended Kaskaskia College for nursing before transferring to and graduating from Southwestern Illinois College. Krystal is the third youngest sibling in a loving family of nine. She enjoys spending time with this large family and her friends while watching the Pittsburgh Steelers scoring awesome touchdowns. He is responsible for maintaining communication between your primary care physician and our specialists. He ensures that your physicians know exactly what is happening while you are under our care. He also spends a great deal of time educating patients, referring physicians and the community on our services and specialists. He attended Quincy University for both undergraduate and graduate school, while playing for the soccer team. He enjoys hanging out with friends and family, being outside and playing sports. He has a dog named Phoebe and likes to take her on walks. Kyle is also a devoted St. Louis Cardinals fan. GO CARDINALS! One thing he found most fun was the Polar Bear Plunge in which he was able to raise funds for the Special Olympics. He has helped out the Special Olympics over the past few years. He enjoyed helping his father at their local practices and sporting events. He also likes helping his grandmother with her garden. She has three years of radiology experience and multiple roles within our practice, including taking plain film x-rays, operating the fluoroscope or ultrasound machine during procedures and assisting our specialists with patient care issues. Tamra has attended Central Texas College for Telecommunications, Southwestern Illinois College for Radiologic Technology and Southern Illinois University Carbondale for Workforce Education and Development. She completed internships at SLU hospital in St. Louis, MO, and Memorial Hospital in Belleville, IL, and is currently working on her Bachelor's in Adult Education and has two children. An interesting fact about Tamra is that she likes to work on vintage cars and is an avid sports fan of professional and college football and basketball. GO BEARS! She is a Registered Medical Assistant and Certified Medical Admiinistrative Assistant. She has an Associate's Degree in Medical Assisting and is working her Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management. Annie enjoys poetry writing and mentoring/helping youth and young adults.
